Team coaching focuses on boards and leadership teams that want to strengthen mutual trust, and aspire to speak as one voice. Reflection takes place on personal drives, shared values, team dynamics and organizational issues. The reason for team coaching may be the formation of a new board, a proposed merger, a changing strategy or the desire to excel as a team.

Team coaching programs cover a number of workshops of several days spread over one or two years. It is often chosen to have periodic follow-up sessions after this to ensure the acquired clarity in the board. Generally, the workshops take place at our own location in Soest.
