Methodologies

Reflection is central to his approach. Viewing each other’s motives leads to insight and provides leads for alternative perspectives. When appropriate, working methods such as the enneagram, organizational constellations and life-line methodology can be helpful in this process. Also, the system psychoanalytic approach, which distinguishes between person, role and system makes many organizational dynamics insightful.

Team

Depending on the proposition, assignments are carried out by several colleagues as a team. Oscar David customizes this team for each assignment. It always consists of senior executive coaches who are used to working at C-suite level.
