Certain aspects tend to play an important part towards increasing personal effectiveness. For this reason, the following aspects are covered to various degrees in the course of all coaching projects:
For these reasons, great emphasis is laid on the responsibility that individuals must take for themselves as well as the adjustment of the direct environment in connection with each coaching project.
- Awareness of personal attributes
Everyone possesses a unique combination of personal attributes. In fact, however, it is not always easy to recognize and activate these qualities. They may be obscured, as if by a layer of dust, so that they are not clearly apparent and are therefore less accessible for use.- Awareness of personal blind-spots
Blind spots or personal stumbling blocks are thought patterns, feelings or behaviour that prevent us from optimal effectiveness. Sometimes they have been caused by actual, recognizable circumstances. Sometimes it may not be possible to see precisely how certain of these patterns have developed. What is important, however, is to become aware of their existence.- Formulating personal objectives
The next step is to formulate a clear picture of the objectives we want to achieve in work and in life in general. We often have a general goal we're trying to reach, but it is often not at all easy to define precise objectives. Yet experience shows that the more specific we can be about what we want to achieve, the greater likelihood there is of actually achieving it.- Integration
The ultimate results of coaching projects are determined to a large extent by the degree to which someone is prepared to take responsibility for their own life. This is particularly important when it comes to integrating what has been learned into the work environment. The attitude with which individual learning processes are greeted in a person's immediate environment also has a considerable influence on the degree of integration.| Mail us ![]()
