Phases in coaching


Management coaching is comprised of the following phases:

  • 1. Goal definition
    Establishing the goals to the reached and making a prognosis of what investment in time this will require.
  • 2. Observation
    Stock-taking of situations that tend to generate the issue(s) in question.
  • 3. Strategy
    Development of alternative perspectives and behavioural strategies.
  • 4. Implementation
    Executing alternative strategies.
  • 5. Integration
