When to use coaching

Management Coaching provides the possibility of taking the time to reflect on and make decisions about questions arising in daily life and work.

The following situations are examples of the occasions when our clients found coaching relevant:
  • "I have recently been promoted at work. Although this is a welcome step for me, I am aware that it will require exercising my leadership qualities. I am not entirely sure that I am sufficiently qualified in that area."
  • "I always used to think that other people were to blame when conflict arose in my working environment. In retrospect, however, I have come to see that I often caused the conflict myself. I want to change that."
  • "I have accomplished everything I always dreamed of : my job, my salary, interest in my work, a lovely family. I'm a happy person. But sometimes I'm afraid that maybe this is all there is; I worry about what I'm supposed to do next."
  • "My Board of Directors has developed a new strategy, and I don't find the planned new organization at all attractive. It's time I did something else, and I want to decide for myself what my future is going to be like."
  • "My function as general manager means that I'm responsible for radical changes that are to be made within my organization. I'm considered a decisive person and an inspiring leader. But to live up to all this, I need the support of regular times to reflect on everything."
